“Without FFI’s dedicated, untiring efforts one would be tempted to despair. I know there are other organisations worldwide which are doing great work for conservation but FFI is something very special.” Mr & Mrs JD Chapman, New Zealand, FFI members since 1953
We understand that friends and family come first, but once your loved ones have been taken care of please consider leaving something – it doesn’t matter how large or small – to support our work and help us ensure that future generations benefit from a world as rich in wildlife as we have enjoyed.
Leaving a gift in your Will is often far simpler than you might think. We can provide some advice and support if you are thinking about including a gift and don’t know where to start, but here are some simple steps:
You can download our which aims to answer some of the questions you might have about writing or updating your Will. It includes information on the different types of gifts that can be included in Wills, and tries to answer some of the more common questions people have when including a charity in their Will. The pack also includes some suggested wording for the different types of gifts, so that you can simply hand these to your solicitor for inclusion in your Will.
Tom Beesley is FFI’s Gifts in Wills adviser, and is always happy to have a chat and answer any questions you might have about how your support could be used to protect the natural world.

Thank you for your interest in supporting FFI through a gift in your Will – these gifts are so important, and your legacy could be nothing short of securing the future of our planet’s threatened species and habitats. In return for your trust in our work, we pledge to use your gift efficiently and effectively to support conservation where it is most urgently needed.
The contents of your Will are private, as are your intentions for your estate. We will only ever ask you to share with us whether you have included FFI in your Will because it gives us the opportunity to show our gratitude and say thank you for your support.
We promise that anything you choose to discuss with us or tell us will be treated in the strictest confidence.
