Why you should join
You were born on the eve of an ecological crisis. The endangered species list grows longer every year, with around 24,000 species currently threatened with extinction, including some of the world’s most beloved creatures such as the Sumatran tiger.
But on top of that, it’s the creatures that are neither cute nor cuddly that tend to suffer the most. It’s the meek, minuscule and mundane species that are left to disappear in silence. It doesn’t matter that they’re just as vital – if they can’t hold their own in a TV ad, then they simply don’t get the attention they deserve.
Yet because of our members, Fauna & Flora International (FFI) is able to fight to save these endangered species.
You can help protect these marvellous misfits – as well as tigers, elephants, rhinos and other iconic creatures – by joining us today as a member for £3.33 or more per month.
As a member, you will become part of the bedrock of everything we do. We’ll send you updates on the impact we’re having, so you can see what your support is helping to achieve. We’ll send you our magazine, showing our innovative work and the wonderful array of animal and plant species that you’re helping to protect globally. We’ll also invite you to our global headquarters in the David Attenborough Building in Cambridge for our AGM, where you’ll have the chance to meet and hear from the conservationists who are at the forefront of protecting global biodiversity.
All of our members are passionate about protecting our planet and the life on it, and know that joining FFI is one of the best ways to do this.
If you value the natural world – if you think it should be protected for its own sake as well as humanity’s – then please support Fauna & Flora International.
